⭐⭐STAAR Testing⭐⭐

STAAR testing begins TOMORROW, and we are looking forward to seeing our students demonstrate their hard work and growth this year!

Testing will take place over the next few weeks, beginning with Reading/English, followed by Science & Social Studies, and ending with Math. Please take a moment to review the letter that was sent home with your student. Thank you for all of your support.

The Texas A&M Health Mobile Clinic will be on the Kennard ISD campus next week to provide convenient healthcare services for our community.

Online registration for NEW STUDENTS opened up TODAY! This registration is for students who are not currently enrolled at Kennard ISD.

📚 Pre-K Eligibility: Students must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026.

If your child is eligible, please stop by the school Thursday or Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM to register, or complete registration online at www.kennardisd.net.
➡️ Please note: Your child will not be enrolled for the upcoming school year until registration is complete.

Pre-K has been learning all about the life cycle of butterflies, and today was our release day! 🐛➡️🦋

Our students learned about metamorphosis and had the exciting opportunity to watch our caterpillars transform into beautiful Painted Lady butterflies right before their eyes. It was such a special moment getting to release them into nature today!
